2008 Senior High Graduation
Dear Class of 2008,
It has been our experience a graduation can be a huge success, if parents work
together on goals and expectations. Parents should attend the NCHS graduation
meetings ready to serve and compromise together.
Nevada Christian Home School seeks to please Jesus
Christ in all we do; it has been tradition to have
graduation ceremonies in available local churches with Pastoral guest speakers.
It is the sole responsibility of the parents of the graduate for all
graduation costs including but not limited to invitations, rentals, and
clean-up costs.
If you are interested in a graduation ceremony, please contact Nevada Christian Home School as soon in the year as possible so that appropriate plans can be made. Cap & gown payment deadline is March 1st.

GRADUATION MEETING

(from 395 N take the Golden Valley Exit; turn right onto road, then a left at stop light; follow road to the Raley's shopping center)

Due May 1st: All graduation speeches written by graduates must be emailed to mail@nevadachristianhomeschool.org for the board's review. $25.00 (make check payable to James Lorenz) for all graduates who will be purchasing professional pictures of their graduate.
Due April meeting: Yearbook pictures (for Seniors who are purchasing a yearbook), an additional $35.00 deposit towards graduation/reception costs, and graduate's biography for graduation handout .
Due March meeting: Graduation slide-show pictures and $35.00 deposit towards graduation/reception costs. Please submit 5 pictures for the graduation slide-show presentation along with a favorite scripture or saying. (Best if submitted on disc.)
Customary cap & gown cost is $50.00. Nevada Christian Home School is receiving a discount on our order. Graduates who miss our deadline of March 1st, will pay the full price. Please contact Josten's directly to order your gown at: 626-7626.

Mr. James Lorenz, a professional photographer has been hired. For those interested in receiving professional pictures, please pay $25.00 to Mr. Lorenz.
