Our Coyote Open Den Night and Yearbook Signing
Friday, September 5th, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Lazy 5 park (the picnic area in back - next to the skateboard park) in Spanish Springs. RSVP: NCHS-Coyotes@nevadachristianhomeschool.org
All those new to the Coyote Teen Group and their parents should attend this event. Coyote Advisors will offer a presentation about this dynamic homeschool teen group. A handout will be provided, and the Coyote Advisors will be available to explain more about the Coyote teen group, answer all your questions, and explain how teens can get involved. Don't let another high school year go by without providing your teen with an opportunity to be a part of this group.
Schedule: Yearbook Signing: 6:00 p.m. Meet at the park's pavilion. Bring your pens and be ready to sign yearbooks! For those who did not buy a yearbook, please come and be part of the signing party and have some cake too!
Coyote Orientation for parents & teens new to the group: 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. Bring your parent(s) and meet the Coyote Advisors. Receive our Coyote handout packed full of information about the Coyote Teen Group, how it's managed, and how you can get involved. Coyote Advisors will be available to answer all your questions. Parents: Please let us know if you plan to attend so that we can have enough handouts. Thank you!
Prom, Yearbook & Newsletter Committees: 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Coyote Advisors will be interviewing teens for committee positions. Those who are interested in serving the Coyote Teen Group this year are encouraged to complete our online application prior to September 5th.

Because of the close affiliation between Nevada Christian Home School and the Coyote Teen Group preference will be made to all NCHS Members. If you are an NCHS Member you will receive a $2.00 discount for Coyote Activities.

Note: Parents are welcome to attend all Coyote events. Teens must check in at each activity, and are expected to participate in the activity. Teens and their guests are expected to honor Coyote policies; and the authority of the Coyote Advisor. Though there will be adults attending the activities, teens will be responsible for their own actions. Parents who agree to allow their teen to attend Coyote events imply that their teen is responsible enough to act in a mature manner, and can be trusted. Teens and their parents will be responsible to make restitution for any damages caused during any Coyote event. In the event of accident or injury, by allowing your teen to attend Coyote events, parents agree to hold harmless Nevada Christian Home School and their representatives, including the operator of any vehicle (if necessary) providing transportation to any event. Activity time schedule will be honored, parents are responsible to pick up their teen on the scheduled time. Parents understand there is no guarantee that teen advisors will remain after the designated activity time. Coyote Advisors do not supervise the coming and going of Teens, particularly those who drive themselves to any Coyote activity. We support parental authority and we encourage parents to decide whether a Coyote event is suitable for their teen.
