Yes, the key words here are: small and support.
It doesn't take much time or effort to call a few homeschool moms and ask to meet at the park! How simple is that! And as your kids are playing together and getting to know each other, so are the Moms.
Meeting twice a month for a few hours can give you a lot of support in just a small amount of time. You can take turns choosing an activity, and maybe invite another Mom or two. And it's "official" you are a homeschool support group.
Not only is it easy to do, but it provides your kids (and yourself) an opportunity for intimate support. And there's nothing better than to connect with other homeschool families.
